为探讨不同生境中蝴蝶花(Iris japonica Thunb.)土壤根与根茎的适应性及其在三峡库区的下木层生态恢复建设中的作用,对重庆市缙云山自然保护区内毛竹林与林缘旷地两类生境中蝴蝶花自然种群在群落草本层中的优势度与根茎特征进行研究,结果表明:1)毛竹林与林缘旷地两类生境中,蝴蝶花都为草本层优势种,其重要值远高于其它草本,其生态位宽度都很大,蝴蝶花根与根茎总长度、表面积、体积及总生物量都显著高于其它草本总根系(p〈0.05)。2)蝴蝶花植株粗根茎的长度,细根茎与根的长度、表面积与体积,都表现为竹林生境显著高于林缘旷地生境(p〈0.01);竹林生境蝴蝶花的粗根茎、细根茎和根的生物量,及生物量细根茎和根的分配,均显著高于林缘旷地环境(p〈0.001)。研究表明,蝴蝶花在旷地及稀疏林下的草本层都占优势,其克隆繁殖旺盛,根系扩展与产量均高于其它草本,利于改良土壤状况;将其应用于三峡库区植被恢复草本层构建及石灰岩与溶岩地区的土壤改良,则具有一定的试验价值。
Adaptability of root and rhizome of Iris japonica Thunb.in the herb layer in two habitats (open area of forest edge(OAFE) and bamboo forest(BF) ) on Jinyun mountain nature reserve and its role in restoration construction of herb layer in Three Gorges reservoir region were studied by the analysis on its dominance and root and rhizome characteristics in herb layer of communities.The results were as follows: 1) In OAFE and BF,widespread I.japonica was both the dominant species of herb layer,and its important value and niche breadth were higher than other herb species.Total length,surface,volume and total biomass of root and rhizome of I.japonica were higher than those of total other herbs (p 0.05) in unit spatial quadrat (0.3 m3) .2) Length of coarse rhizome,and length,surface,volume of root and rhizome of I.japonica were higher in BF than those in OAFE (p 0.01) .Biomass of root,fine rhizome and coarse rhizome,and allocation of root and fine rhizome of I.japonica were higher in BF than those in OAFE (p 0.01) .In sum,I.japonica is dominant in open area and sparse forest,and has strong capability of clonal propagation,higher yield of root and rhizome than other herbs,which is helpful to improve the status of soil.Therefore,there is significant role for the using of I.japonica in restoration construction of herb layer in Three Gorges reservoir region and soil improvement in Karst Area.
