针对单电机重度混合动力系统行进间发动机起动过程的平顺性问题,对其起动过程进行了动力学分析,对系统关键部件湿式多片离合器进行了理论分析与试验研究,提出了行进间发动机起动过程电机协调转矩控制策略。利用Matlab/Simulink软件仿真平台,进行了起动过程的仿真分析,搭建试验台对发动机起动过程进行台架试验。仿真与试验结果表明,所提出的控制策略能有效保证行进间发动机起动过程的平顺性。
Aiming at the ride comfort problem of “engine starting while driving“ process in a full hybrid power system with single motor, a kinetics analysis on its starting process is carried out. A theoretical analysis and experimental study are conducted on the wet multi-plate clutch, a key component of system, and a motor torque co-ordinated control strategy for the engine starting process is proposed. A simulation on the engine starting process is performed with Matlab/Simulink platform, and a test rig is constructed for the bench test for the starting process. The results of simulation and test indicate that the control strategy proposed effectively ensure the ride comfort in the process of engine starting while driving.
