以不同质量分数NaCl处理一年生盆栽甘草移栽苗,研究其对甘草生长、部分生理指标及甘草酸、甘草苷含量的影响。结果表明:盆土中NaCl添加量不超过0.6%时,随着盐含量的增加,甘草生长势降低,生物量明显受到抑制;可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量降低;甘草酸和甘草苷含量较对照高。NaCl添加量达到0.8%时甘草干枯死亡。说明0.6%NaCl是甘草正常生长的阈值,盐含量低于阈值时甘草能通过改变体内渗透调节物质含量来提高自身耐盐性,并能改善药材品质。
Effects of different concentration NaCI treatments on the growth of Gtycyrrhiza uralensis and the contents of Glycyrrhizic acid and Liquorice were studied through irrigating different concentration NaCl salt solutions (0% ,0.3% ,0.6% ,0.8%)to the annual transplanted Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The results showed that under 0%-0.6%NaCl density, along with the increase of salinity, the growing trend was decreased and the biomass was inhibited obviously;the content of soluble sugar and proline in leaves increased significantly, but the content of soluble protein was imposed by minor stress; while the contents of Glycyrrhizic acid and Liquorice were higher than the ck. But when the NaCl density became 0.8 %, Gtycyrrhiza uralensis dried rot and even died. The experiment proved that the 0.6 % NaCI density was the normal threshold to the growth of Gtycyrrhiza uralensis. Within Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch could raise its salt tolerance by changing osmoregulatory molecules and the quality of Gtycyrrhiza uralensis could be improved.
