本文依据社会资本理论和高阶梯队理论,提出了高管团队(TMT)内部社会资本、TMT行为整合和战略决策速度的假设模型。根据国内67个高管团队241份数据样本的调查,运用SPSS19.0和AMOS17.0软件对研究假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:TMT内部社会资本的不同维度对TMT行为整合均有积极地预测作用;TMT行为整合对战略决策速度具有积极地预测作用;TMT行为整合在TMT内部社会资本与战略决策速度之间起中介作用。
Based on the social capital theory and upper echelons theory, we proposed the hypothesis model about TMT internal social capital, TMT behavioral integration and strategic decision - making speed. Then, the data obtained via questionnaire from 67 TMTs by software SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 are analyzed, and then the theoretical hypotheses as mentioned above are verified. The results show that different dimensions of TMT internal social capital have a significantly positive impact on TMT behavioral integrity, TMT behavioral integrity has a significantly positive impact on strategic decision - making speed, and TMT behavioral integrity as an intermediary variable played a brokering role in the relationship between TMT internal social capital and strategic decision- making speed.
