The construction of ecological civilization relies on the upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of ecological industry. Advanced experience and successful model of developed countries, newly industrialized economies and BRICS in the field of ecological industry transformation are analyzed thoroughly in this paper. According to international experience and the status-quo of China, four policies are being proposed：（1） Coordinate regional collaborative ecological industry transformation based on the heterogeneity of cities and provinces.（2） Create a sound system and legal environment for ecological industry transformation.（3） Pay attention to independent innovation and technological progress to seize advantageous position of international competition in emerging industries.（4） Strengthen human resources support and guarantee financing channels of ecological industry transformation.
