根据2005年5月航次调查数据,采用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法,评价了东海调查海区(27°00’,~31°30',N,121°00'~123°30'E)的营养盐来源,并根据海区营齐盐特点将所调查海区进行分区。数据中可提取3个主成分,分别为“水文因子”、“光合作用因子”和“再生生产因子”。原始样本聚类方法能较全面地考虑海区水团运动情况,而以考察海区富营养化程度作为目标,按主成分聚类的结果更完善。根据聚类结果对调查样本富营养化程度进行评价,可将调查海域分为三类,随着离岸距离的增加,陆地径流的影响越来越小。
According to the data of survey cruise in 2005, the source of nutrient in the East China Sea were evaluated by using principal components analysis and cluster analysis meth- ods, and according to characteristics of the nutrients, the waters under investigation were di- vided. Three principal components were extracted, which were the hydrology factor, the photosynthesis factor, and the regeneration production factor. The original sample clustering method involved more movement of water masses, and to examine movement eutrophication level, the principal component clustering results were improved. According to the cluster a- nalysis results, East China Sea under investigation would be divided into three categories. The influence of the terrestrial was smaller along with the increase of offshore distance.
