试验研究了黑参对昆明种雄性小鼠的抗疲劳作用。通过将粉碎黑参溶解于蒸馏水制成3种浓度的悬浊液,对对照组及黑参处理高、中、低剂量组雄性昆明种小鼠进行2周连续灌胃,对照组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,同时记录各组小鼠体重的变化,试验阶段结束后检测小鼠爬杆时间,力竭游泳时间,检测肝糖原、血乳酸(LD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化。结果表明:在高、中、低3剂量组对小鼠体重没有显著影响的前提下,中、高2剂量组显著延长了其爬杆时间,力竭游泳时间,增加了小鼠肝糖原含量,增强了乳酸脱氢酶的活性,同时减少了血乳酸含量,对昆明种雄性小鼠产生了显著的抗疲劳效果;试验由此证明了黑参对昆明种小鼠具有抗疲劳作用,为黑参抗疲劳产品的开发提供了依据。
The anti-fatigue effect of Black Ginseng on male KM mice was studied. Black Ginseng samples were crushed into powder and dissolved in distilled water as suspension for three concentrations. The mice were intragastrically given with different doses Black Ginseng powder suspension in high, medium and low dose groups, the control group is given equal volume of distilled water. The weight change, pole-climbing time, swimming time, the content of liver glycogen, blood lactic acid (LD) and the activity of lactate de- hydrogenase(LDH) of mice were measured; The results showed that there is no significant effect the dose group had on body weight in mice, the pole-climbing, swimming time significantly extended in the two high-dose groups, the content of liver glycogen increased and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase enhanced, the blood lactic acid reduced in mice. The experiment proved that Black Ginseng has significant anti-fatigue effect on male KM mice, it provided the basis for the development of anti-fatigue products from Black Ginseng.
