借助三维CAD软件平台,对转炉系统中典型组成部分采用手工方式和程序自动化方式建模,再利用三维CAD的二次开发功能提取力学性能参数并进行计算,可以快速、准确地获得转炉倾动力矩曲线及炉液形状变化过程的动画仿真.生成了多个辅助基准特征并使之参数化可调,以炉液质量为目标变量,设计了简单、实用的液面逼近二分算法,从而有效地模拟了转炉倾动过程中炉液液面的动态位置.结合转炉运转过程中的典型工作过程,给出了计算结果与仿真实例.
With the help of the 3D-CAD software, the typical components of the converter system can be modeled manually and program automatically. The mechanical parameters can be picked up easily by the 3D-CAD API and then the curves of the tilting moment and the shape simulation of the molten steel can be obtained quickly and exactly. In the research, several assistant datum features are generated and their parameters can be adjusted. Taking the mass as the goal variant a kind of simple and practical dichotomy arithmetic for water surface approach is designed. Then the dynamic position of the molten steel surface through the whole tilting process can be simulated effectively. Considering one typical melting period, some calculating and simulating results are given.
