旨在揭示我国中小企业组织创新氛围的架构并开发测量量表。首先,采用扎根分析方法对6家企业的组织创新氛围访谈记录进行分析,析出我国中小企业组织创新氛围的初始架构。其次,使用问卷调查法对析出的初始架构进行实证检验。研究结果表明,我国中小企业组织创新氛围的基本架构包括:企业家支持创新、组织创新制度、组织学习、组织凝聚力以及组织远景。最后,通过与西方企业和我国大型企业组织创新氛围架构代表性研究的比较分析,剖析了我国中小企业组织创新氛围的特点。
This study aims to investigate dimensions of organizational innovative climate in Chinese small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) and to develop corresponding scale. First, we deployed the grounded theory analysis method to reveal initial dimensions of organizational innovative climate in Chinese SMEs by analyzing interview records of six companies. Secondly, through using the survey methodology, we tested the initial dimensions. The findings demonstrate that the basic dimensions of organizational innovative climate in Chinese SMEs include: Entrepreneurs' supporting to innovative, organizational innovative institution, organizational learning, organizational cohesion and organizational vision. Finally, we cornpared the dimensions of organizational innovative climate in Chinese SMEs with those of western enterprises and Chinese large scale enterprises, and revealed the features of organizational innovative climate in Chinese SMEs
