采用Fluent(3D)从充填材料浓度、细矸石率、流速、管道内径及弯管曲率半径等5个方面对粉煤灰充填材料弯管局部阻力进行了数值模拟。结果表明:弯管局部阻力随充填材料浓度、细矸石率及流速的增加呈多项式规律增加,随管道内径和弯管曲率半径的增加呈多项式规律减小。不同因素对局部阻力影响程度的主次排序为:浓度〉管道内径〉细矸石率〉流速〉弯管曲率半径。研究结果为实际工程中的粉煤灰充填材料的配比及管道输送参数优化提供了参考。
From the filling material concentration, the per- centage of fine coal gangue, the flow velocity, the pipe diam- eter, and the curvature radius, the Fluent (3D) software was used to numerically simulate the influence of local resist- ance during pipeline transportation of fly ash filling material. The results showed that the local resistance of bend tube had a regular polynomial increase with the raise of the filling ma- terial concentration, the percentage of fine coal gangue, and the flow velocity, but showed a regular polynomial decrease with the increase of the pipe diameter and radius of curva- ture. Various factors affecting local resistance level were sor- ted with primary and secondary order as following, the fill- ing material concentration〉 pipe diameter〉 the percentage of fine coal gangue 〉 flow velocity〉 bend curvature radius. The research result provided reference for the ratio of fly ash filling material and optimization of pipeline transportation parameters in actual engineering.
