研究了基于MBD的航天产品装配工艺规划技术,首先针对航天产品的装配工艺特点进行装配信息建模,构建基于设计MBD模型的MBD装配模型,MBD装配模型包含了装配规划模型和装配仿真模型,分别用于装配工艺规划和装配工艺仿真;其次,引入结构化设计思想,通过产品、工艺、工厂、资源四者的关联,构建基于MBD装配模型的P-P-P-R装配工艺模型;同时,通过信息集成,构建以P-P-P-R模型为核心的装配工艺信息模型;最后提出了基于装配工艺信息模型的装配工艺规划流程和内容.以某型号火箭进行了实例验证.
It proposed a MBD-based assembly process planning technique for aerospace products.
