基于经验的人工配置无法保证精准的需求表达,导致医疗资源的利用效率低下。提出一种医疗资源配置决策系统架构,兼顾需求表达的形式化表示及资源之间内在的制约关系。在给出医疗资源配置决策系统架构之后,采用社会选择和偏好理论对医疗资源分配问题进行建模,形式化表示资源数量需求,并实现基于CP-nets的资源依赖关系表示。通过对需求的收集和处理,进而确定个人偏好的最优方案,并得到可行配置方案的偏好排序。应用案例表明,提出的方法能有效地实现医疗资源的配置。
The artificial configuration based on experience can't guarantee the accurate requirement expression, so the utili- zation efficiency of medical resource is low. To solve the above problem, an architecture of medical resource configuration decision- making system is proposed, it gives consideration to the formal expression of requirement expression and restrictive relation among the resources. The social choice and preference theory are used to establish the model for medical resource allocation prob- lem, express the requirement of resource quantity, and realize the resource dependency based on CP-nets. The optimal solution of personal preference is determined by requirements collection and processing, so as to obtain the reference ordering of the feasible configuration scheme. The application case results show that the proposed method can configure the medicine resources effectively.
