英文摘要：
This article constructs a sustainable post-evaluation index system of the land consolidation project which includes engineering, economics, resources and management based on the theory and method of multi-level multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system. The method named chromatography analysis （AHP） and Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） is applied to appraise the index weights in this study, and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is also established. Then the land consolidation project of Shaanxi Lubotan is taken as acase to provide the basis for the development and the use of land as well as the industrial structure adjustment.
