基于市场治理模式下重大工程项目技术创新的特点，深入分析了重大工程项目技术创新过程，并对参与技术创新的各类主体进行了分类；分析了各类主体的创新动机，基于系统动力学，建立了各类主体创新动机影响因素的耦合分析模型，对制约重大工程项目技术创新的组织因素进行系统分析，通过组织障碍的形成机理研究，表明技术创新组织临时性和分散性、业主技术创新管理能力不足、技术创新成果的价格形成机制不合理是制约重大工程项目技术创新的主要障碍。
英文摘要：
Based on the features of technological innovation in large construction project, the article thoroughly analyzes the techno- logical innovation process. The innovative motivation of the technological innovation subjects are analyzed base on the classification of them. A system model is built to analyze the organizational obstacles of technical innovation in large construction project. The results show that there are three main organizational obstacles： the temporariness and dispersity of technical innovation organization, the pro- ject owner＇s deficiency of innovation management ability, and the unreasonable price forming mechanism of innovation achievements.
