针对环面蜗杆副优化设计不能兼顾传动性能与承载能力这2个性能指标的问题,建立了双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆通用的优化模型.该模型考虑双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆的双线接触传动性能,以传动效率和承载能力为优化目标,以避免在加工时产生根切和齿顶变尖为约束条件,利用仿生物进化法对设计参数进行多目标优化.结合自主研发的加工和检测设备进行了实验,结果显示,优化后的双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆副的接触线分布更广,传动效率更高,从而验证了该优化模型具有实际的效能.
The work introduced in worm gear pair, while taking the hourglass worm into account. The this paper is based on the research of a dual-cone double enveloping hourglass dual-line contact transmission performance of the dual-cone double enveloping optimization goal of this work is to enhance transmission efficiency and carrying capacity. This paper adopted the method of imitation of biological evolution to multi-objectively optimize the parameter of the dual-cone double enveloping hourglass model which avoided worm undercutting and addendum design worm gear pair, thereby establishing a general optimization pointing during the processing. Using independently developed dual-cone double enveloping hourglass worm gear processing equipment and a test platform, an experiment was carried out. The result confirmed that the optimization model has practical performance.
