目前堆石坝施工动态仿真研究多是基于施工仿真结果构建三维可视化系统,然而系统中三维模型不易被修改,且提供的施工信息量有限,针对此问题,本文提出了以CATIA为基础的堆石坝施工动态仿真构架.首先,采用参数化技术建立堆石坝三维模型,实现了三维模型的快速修改更新;同时,利用CATIA的二次开发功能建立了具有扩展属性的堆石坝三维模型,这不仅提供了施工场景,还提供了大坝的形体参数、道路节点信息等施工信息;最后,以实际工程为例,结合离散事件仿真方法,建立了基于CATIA的心墙堆石坝施工仿真模型及系统平台,实现了堆石坝施工过程的三维动态表达及4D模型的远程交互,可为堆石坝施工管理提供重要理论与技术支持.
At present most studies of dynamic construction simulation establish a 3D visualization system based on the simulation results. On account of the fact that the existing 3D models couldn't be modified easily and only provide limited construction information,a dynamic simulation framework for rock-fill dam was put forward based on CA-TIA platform. Firstly,the 3D model of rock-fill dam was built by means of parametric technique to solve the difficult issues such as model updating. Then,the 3D model with extended attributes was established based on secondary de-velopment,which could provide construction scene as well as shape parameters,road node information and other construction information. Finally,based on an engineering project,a construction simulation model for rock-fill dam using discrete event simulation method was established on CATIA platform. The construction dynamic process of rock-fill dam and the remote interaction of 4D model are achieved,which can offer theoretical and technical support for construction management.
