Bacillus thuringiensis is a widely used microbial pesticide currently. During the past decade, many studies have focused on the functional genome of Bacillus thuringiensis and obtained abundant outcomes. This review briefly summarizes the advances in the genome, transcriptome, proteome, and metabolome of Bacillus thuringiensis.
