目的利用静息态fMRI功能连接的方法观察正常人、左侧突发性聋患者听觉皮层与脑的正相关的功能连接。方法选取正常人及左侧突发性聋患者分别18例进行静息态fMRI数据采集,用功能连接的方法分别观察正常人及左侧突发性聋患者左右大脑听觉皮层与脑区不同的正相关功能连接脑图,并比较其差异。结果正常受试者的有效数据分别以双侧AI区为种子点时,正激活的脑网络主要包含双侧颞横回、颞上回、岛叶、扣带回及辅助运动区。左侧突发性聋患者的有效数据分别以双侧AI区为种子点时,正激活的脑网络类似于正常人,但还是有差别。结论两组人群以双侧AI区为种子点的听觉系统的功能连接均主要局限于听觉系统之内,耳聋发生后可对该网络产生影响。
Objective Using resting state functional MRI, to study functional connection between the auditory cortex and other brain areas in patients with left side sudden deafness and in normal individuals. Methods Resting-state functional MRI data were collected in 18 normal subjects and 18 patients with left side sudden deafness, and functional connectivity be- tween the left and right auditory cortices and among other brain areas was mapped and compared between normal subjects and patients with left sudden deafness. Results In normal subjects, when bilateral A I areas were used as the seed points, effective data showed that the brain network activation mainly involved the transverse gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, insula, cingulate gyrus and supplementary motor area bilaterally. Under similar conditions, brain network activation in patients with left sudden deafness was similar to that of normal subjects with minor differences. Conclusion When bilateral A I are used as seed points, auditory functional connections are mainly confined to the auditory system in both normal subjects and patients with left sudden deafness, although the occurrence of deafness may have an impact on the connection network.
