高温多相流风洞可以模拟锅炉运行时烟道中气固两相流的流动状态。为此,根据高温多相流风洞的工艺过程,可进行其变量之间的耦合关系分析。针对高温多相流风洞变量之间的强耦合关系设计了1套模糊PID参数自整定与神经元解耦补偿器相结合的高温多相流风洞控制方案。仿真结果表明,该控制方案对于具有多变量强耦合特性的高温多相流风洞对象的解耦控制性能良好。
In high-temperature multi-phase flow wind tunnel,the flowing state of gas-solid two-phase in the flue duct in case of a boiler being in operation,can be simulated.For this,based on technological process of high-temperature multiphase flow wind tunnel,the coupling relationship among the variables can be analysed.Directing against the strong coupling relationship among variables in high-temperature multiphase flow wind tunnel,a control scheme,which combines fuzzy PID pamameter self-regulation with a neuron decoupling compensator,for the high-temperature multiphase flow wind tunnel has been designed.Result of emulation shows that the said control scheme is suitable for decoupling control of an object in high-temperature multiphase flow wind tunnel boasting strong coupling of multi-variables,and has good control performance.
