本文从生产性服务业聚集促进制造业升级的机制出发，利用2003～2011年全国230个城市数据，以地理距离作为空间权重矩阵并进行了标准化，采用空间计量模型分析了生产性服务业空间聚集对制造业升级的影响及其空间外溢效应。实证结果表明，生产性服务业集聚对制造业升级具有明显的提升作用，这种作用不仅体现在对本地区制造业升级的影响，而且通过空间外溢效应对周边区域制造业升级有明显的促进作用。同时交通发达程度与信息化水平通过集聚生产性服务业间接地促进了制造业升级。

英文摘要：

From the perspective of the mechanism between the agglomeration of producer service industry and the upgrading of manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes how spatial agglomeration of producer service industry influences the upgrading of manufacturing industry and what the spatial spillover effects are; the analysis is based on the data of 230 cities from 2003 to 2011 in China and on the method that use geographical distance as the spatial weight matrix, which is then standardized. The empirical findings suggest that the agglomeration of producer service industry has a considerably positive impact on the upgrading of marmfacturing industry; the agglomeration not only promotes the upgrading of the local manufacturing industry, but also promotes that of the surrounding manufacturing industry greatly through the spatial spillover effects. The findings also suggest that transportation development and informatization have an indirect impact on the upgrading of manufacturing industry.
