The collaborative management of county region medical institutions is a very important strategy to adapt to county region health network continuity services, to improve the efficiency use of whole county medical resources, to maintain the coordi- nation of the health system of county region medical institutions. Based on the collaborative management theory and combined with practice, the paper analyzed the problems of county region medical institutions collaborative management, and provided countermeasures.
