基于Pro/E平台开发了钣金件毛坯展开快速仿真系统。系统完全集成于Pro/E环境中,避免数据转换带来的数据损失,实现了CAD和CAE系统的无缝集成。系统依据有限元逆算法,通过钣金产品形状快速反求毛坯形状以及预测板料成形过程中可能出现的起皱和破裂等缺陷。在产品设计阶段,为工艺设计人员提供了一种可靠的毛坯展开仿真工具。重点论述了系统设计,深入研究了在Pro/E平台上进行网格剖分、约束处理、工艺模型设置、材料库编辑和工程数据保存等关键技术。通过实例验证了系统的可行性和准确性。

英文摘要:

The blank estimation analysis system of sheet metal forming was developed on Pro/E platform.Based on Pro/E environment,finite element model can be directly transformed from CAD model without any parameterized modeling feature loss to achieve the CAD/CAE seamless integration.The blank shape and the formability of the sheet forming could be predicted from the geometry of the designed part,which was based on inverse approach.In product design phase,the system could work as an assitant tool for product design engineers and process engineers to predict blank unfolding.The system structure was discussed and several key technologies on Pro/E platform during program development were futher studied,such as mesh generation,constraints,process model setting,material library and project data saving.Through the experiment,the result shows that the system is feasible and accurate.
