大量的实验已经证实电畴翻转是铁电材料非线性和迟滞性本构曲线的根本原因.根据这些描述电畴运动的物理实验结果,提出了成核率模型来模拟铁电材料的非线性本构行为.进一步由模型建立了基于微观电畴运动的电畴翻转体积分数演化方程.应用该模型得到的理论计算结果与实验数据的比较表明,模型能够描述铁电材料的非线性本构行为.同时模型所揭示的微观电畴成核的演化行为可进一步的指导宏观唯象模型的建立与改进.
A large number of experiments have confirmed that ferroelectric domain switching is the fundamental cause to generate the nonlinearity and hysteresis in the constitutive equations of a ferroelectric material.According to these physical experimental results,a nucleation rate model is developed in order to describe the evolution behavior of domain switching volume fraction.It follows from comparison between computations and experiments that the established model in the paper can represent the typical nonlinear electromechanical coupling phenomena.In addition,the mechanism of domain switching from the nucleation rate model can give some inspiration on macroscopic phenomenological modeling.
