针对B1500HS硼钢,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,通过单轴拉伸试验对其在温度为550~850℃、应变速率为0.1~10S-1范围内的本构关系进行了研究。根据硼钢流动应力曲线的特点,对Norton-Hoff模型进行了修正,将修正后的模型与Brosius提出的Norton-Hoff模型和Tong-Wahlen模型进行比较,并通过预测值偏离实验值的程度进行评估。与实验结果对比后发现:修正的Norton-Hoff模型能更好地预测B1500HS硼钢的流动应力。
In order to establish constitutive descriptions for B1500HS boron steel,it was subjected to isothermal uniaxial tensile testing on a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator at temperatures ranging from 550 ℃ to 850 ℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.1 s-1 to 10 s-1. According to the charac- teristics of the flow stress curve of boron steel, Norton-Hoff model was modified. The predicted flow stresses using the modified model were compared with Tong-Wahlen model, Norton-Hoff model pro- posed by Brosius,and evaluated by the degree of the predicted value deviation from the experimental values. By comparison with the experimental results,it shows that the modified Norton-Hoff model is better to predict the flow stress of B1500HS boron steel.
