"管理学在中国"2016年会(第9届)以"新竞争环境下的管理理论创新"为主题,结合"一带一路"国家战略,从当前中国管理实践所处的新环境出发,通过管理学者及实践者的深度对话,研讨了中国管理实践探索、本土管理理论创新及研究反思、本土企业案例研究、研究趋势探索与理论观察方面的最新理论与实践应用成果。结合大会报告、会议论文以及现场交流情况对主要观点进行述评。
Theming on "Management Theory Innovation in the New Competitive Environment", the 2016 Annual Conference on Management in China (9th) focused on chinese management practice in new competitive environment, particularly, taking the "One Belt One Road" national strategy into account.. Through the in-depth communications among and between management scholars and indus- trial practitioners, the conference discussed the topics including exploration of Chinese management practice, indigenous management theory innovation and research reflections, indigenous case study, research perspectives and theoretical observations. Based on the on-spot discussions, reports and pa- pers, we made a review on the main views about the conference.
