描述了一种应用滚珠旋压加工深沟球轴承外圈毛坯的工艺过程,采用ANSY/LS-DYNA软件对不同滚珠直径和进给量的滚压过程进行刚塑性有限元分析。结果表明:同一滚珠直径和旋深进给量时,径向旋压力和总旋压力随着旋深的增加呈上凸的二次曲线形式,切向旋压力呈增长趋势(趋缓);同一旋深和旋压进给量时,旋压力与滚珠直径呈线性增长关系;同一旋深和滚珠直径,旋压力与进给量呈线性增长关系。
The technical process is described for outer ring blank of deep groove ball bearings by ball spinning, and the rigid - plastic finite element analysis for rolling process of different ball diameter and feed rate is carried out by using software ANSY/LS - DYNA. The results show that the radial and total spinning force grow in the form of second order curve with the increase of spinning depth while the ball diameter and feed rate is invariable, but the tangential spinning force grows relatively slow. For the fixed spinning depth and feed rate, the spinning force grows along an approximate linear with growing of ball diameter, and for the fixed spinning depth and ball diameter, the spinning force grows along an approximate linear with growing of feed rate.
