对5根无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁进行受弯性能试验,研究配置600 MPa钢筋的无黏结部分预应力梁的受弯性能。分析非预应力筋配筋率及混凝土强度等级对试验梁挠度、极限应力增量及抗弯承载力的影响。研究结果表明:增大非预应力筋配筋率可以提高无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁的抗弯承载力;配置600 MPa钢筋的无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁的极限承载力仍可用GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中推荐的算式进行计算;600 MPa钢筋的屈服强度设计值取520 MPa具有足够的安全储备。
Five unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams were tested to study the bending capacity of beams with 600 MPa steel bars. It was analyzed the influence of non-prestressed reinforcement ratio and concrete strength grade on deflection, ultimate stress increment and bending capacity of the test beams. The results showed that increasing the non-prestressed reinforcement ratio could improve the bending capacity of the unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams ; the ultimate bearing capacity of unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa steel bars could still be calculated by the formula in GB 50010--2010. When the yield strength of 600 MPa steel bars was 520 MPa, it could have enough safety reserve.
