In this paper, according to the ＂Chinese fever＂ led to the shortage of Chinese teachers, research has analysed the form and method of spoken Chinese teaching, and it proposed self-training and evaluation of networked interactive spoken Chinese. On the basis of the characteristics of the network, it analysed the system functional requirements, studied examination questions library, questions extraction principle and question forms.
