目的：观察银屑病患者骨髓CD34^＋细胞Hes-1基因的表达。方法：以β-肌动蛋白为内参照，采用反转录（RT）-PCR法半定量检测24例银屑病患者及18名正常人骨髓CD34^＋细胞Hes—1mRNA的表达水平。结果：与正常对照组相比，银屑病患者组Hes—1mRNA表达水平明显升高，二者差别有统计学意义。结论：造血细胞发育过程中重要的转录因子Hes—1的高表达可能与银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞的增殖活性异常有关。
英文摘要：
Objective： To study the expression of Hes-1 gene in the CD34^＋ cells from the bone marrow of psoriasis patients. Methods： The RT-PCR assay was used to detect the mRNA level of Hes-1 in the CD34^＋ cells from the bone marrow of 24 patients with psoriasis and 18 healthy controls. Results： The mRNA level of Hes-1 in psoriasis patients was statistically higher than that in healthy controls. Conclusions： Hes-1 expression is up-regulated in the patients with psoriasis, which may be related to the abnomal activity of haematopoietic cells in the bone marrows of these patients.
