Daxx是一种高度保守的多功能性核蛋白,可与早幼粒细胞白血病蛋白(PML)相互作用共定位于PML癌基因区域(PODs),并与PML共同参与PODs球形结构的形成、维持及其他蛋白的募集。另外,Daxx兼有凋亡与抗凋亡,转录抑制与激活作用,但这种双重作用的机制目前还尚未明确。本文重点探讨Daxx在细胞凋亡与转录调控中的功能和作用,以期更好地理解Daxx发挥其双重作用的机制。
As a highly conserved and multifunctional nuclear protein, Daxx can interact with promyleocytic leukaemia protein(PML) to co-locate in PML oncogenic domains(PODs), participating in the formation and maintenance of spherical structure and other protein recruitment. In addition, Daxx is involved in apoptosis and anti-apoptosis, transcriptional repression and activation, but the mechanism of this double role is still not clear. This paper focuses on the function and role of Daxx in apoptosis and transcriptional regulation, in order to understand the mechanism of the dual role.
