采用黏性阻尼沙漏控制算法,开发了单点积分的八节点六面体单元的有限元动力显式算法程序,用于模拟厚钣金件的变薄拉深成形过程。详细讨论了变薄系数R、模具与坯料间的摩擦因数μ,以及凹模锥角α对最大成形力的影响。模拟结果表明:通过对工艺参数R、α和μ的优化,选取适当的工艺参数值,可以获得较小的最大成形力,从而有效地减少模具磨损,延长模具寿命。
Based on viscosity damping hourglass control method, a one- point integranonal hexahedral finite element dynamic explicit algorithm was developed and ironing process simulation was also carried out. The thinning coefficient R, friction coefficient μ between molds and blank, cone angle of female die α, which affected the maximum forming force, were discussed in details. Simulation results show that the improvement and choice of the process parameters R,α and μ can obtain smaller maximum load force, thus effectively decrease molds wear and lengthen molds life.
