Illegal and legal substance uses have been practiced in the modem seciety and exerted an enormous harm on the human. Why the human is subjected to the obstinate disorder even if shaped by natural selection to maximize Darwinian fitness？ It is very necessary for us to explore the reasons of the substance abuse in the human seciety by understanding the property of substance, the development of substance abuse during the organic evolution and the human history.
