智能电网的快速发展使其对高性能传感器的需求日益强烈。为此,针对电力系统应用需求设计了基于巨磁阻效应的宽频大电流传感装置,包括放大、滤波、退磁和供电等调理电路,并考虑智能电网中传感器高压、强干扰的应用场合,对装置进行了电磁屏蔽设计和印刷电路板抗干扰设计。计算结果表明该装置对工频磁场的屏蔽效能达到41.6 d B,抗干扰测试结果表明所设计传感器具备抵抗强电磁干扰能力,同时实验结果表明该装置对雷电流测量准确度〉93.9%。基于巨磁阻效应的宽频大电流传感装置有效实现了对直流到10 MHz带宽的大电流的准确测量,相对其他电流测量装置具有更高的灵敏度和电流测量范围,适应了智能电网的发展需求。
The rapid development of smart grid shows great demand for high-performance sensors. Thus, we designed a current sensor device with high voltage, wide frequency band, and large current based on giant magneto resistance effect, including the amplifier module, filtration module, degaussing module, and power module. The electromagnetic shielding of the device was also designed in terms of the operation environment with strong electromagnetic interferences. The calculation results indicate that the device's shielding effectiveness to the external magnetic field can reach 41.6 d B. It is proved by electromagnetic compatibility test that the developed device can effectively suppress the external electromagnetic interferences. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the current sensor device in measuring the lightning current can be more than 93.9% in the experiment. Therefore, aiming at measuring large current with wide bandwidth of DC-10 MHz in the smart grid, the proposed current sensor device has great advantages over current sensors based on other techniques and prospects in measuring large current with wide bandwidth in smart grid.
