林下经济是拉动经济的一个重要助力。陕西省林地面积有1．84亿亩，占全省国土面积的59．69％，丰富的森林资源为发展林下经济提供了优质的自然条件。近年来，陕西省把支持发展林下经济作为保护生态、助农增收的一项主要措施，通过林权制度改革、强化资金扶持等措施促进陕西林下经济的发展，但是在发展的过程中也存在着一些需要解决的问题。针对陕西林下经济发展的现实状况，提出相应的解决方案。

英文摘要：

Forest‐based economy constitutes a vital driving force for economic growth .The forest‐covered land area in Shaanxi Province is 122 ,667 square kilometers ,accounting for 59 .69% of the total land area of the province .Boasting superior and rich natural resources in forests ,Shaanxi province has actively suppor‐ted the development of forest‐based economy in recent years and has taken it as a major means for ecologi‐cal preservation and income increase of rural households .In order to boost the development of forest‐based economy ,measures such as reforming the forest property right system and offering more financial support have been implemented .However ,due to the lack of relevant experience in this field ,there still exist some problems which should be properly addressed .This paper analyzes the status quo of the forest‐based econo‐my in Shaanxi province and provides the corresponding solutions .
