不同基因型冬小麦镉累积的器官差异及生产适用性研究

在粮食安全前提下,将汽油桶埋入田间做微区处理模拟大田环境,研究了不同镉质量分数下筛选出的籽粒中含镉量高的冬小麦品种(XM、XM6)和含镉量低的冬小麦品种(YM和LY)器官中镉的分布差异及其农艺性状差异。结果表明,小麦器官中含镉量随着土壤中镉质量分数的增大而增大:镉质量分数为81.644mg/kg时,LY籽粒中含镉量超过XM和XM6;同一镉质量分数下,YM茎、叶和籽粒器官中含镉量均低于其他品种且农艺性状良好。镉质量分数为4.375~81.644mg/kg时,YM和LY籽粒中含镉量超过0.1mg/kg,不具有籽粒含镉量低的品种特性。

英文摘要:

In order to study the safe utilization of cadmium contaminated soil under the premise of food safety, the barrels of gasoline as a micro processing were buried in the field to simulate the field environment. The differ- ences of cadmium accumulation in organs and production suitability of 4 different kinds of Winter Wheat variet- ies: Xinmai (XM) and Xingmai (XM6) which had high cadmium concentration in kernel, and Yaomai (YM) and Luoyou (LY) which had low cadmium concentration in kernel, were studied under the treatments of different cad- mium concentration. The results showed that the content of cadmium in wheat organs increased with the increas- ing of cadmium concentration in soil. When the cadmium concentration was 81.644 mg/kg, the cadmium content of LY was more than XM and XM6 in grain. Under the same cadmium concentration, the cadmium content of LY in stems, leaves and grains organs were lower than other varieties, and with good agronomic traits. In treatments of cadmium concentration were 4.375-81.644 mg/kg, the cadmium contents in grain kernel of YM and LY were more than 0.1 mg/kg. The YM and LY didn't have the characteristics of grain varieties with low cadmium content.
