鉴于安全评价系统的复杂性和不确定性特征,基于集对分析中的同异反向量模型,以某矿自然条件、人员安全素质、安全设施设备、工程生产技术及灾害控制、安全管理和职业卫生作为评价指标,构建安全评价模型,根据矿山情况对差异度系数取不同值,进行安全评价,得出的评价结果与客观实际耦合较好。理论分析和实例表明,该方法可以较好地应用在矿山安全评价中。
In view of the complexity and uncertainty of safety assessment system and based on the contrary identical discrepancy vector model in Set Pair Analysis(SPA), it takes the natural condition of one coal, personnel safety quality, safety facilities and equipments, production technology and disaster prevention or control, safety management and occupational health as assessment indexes, to construct safety assessment model. According to the different value of coal mine situation to difference degree cnefficient, safety assessment is conducted, finding out that the assessment results obtained couple well with objective reality. The theoretical analysis and examples also indicates that this method can be well applied in mine safety assessment.
