The behavioral data of Yunnan snub-nosed monkey Rhinopithecus bieti were collected and coded following the ＂posture-act-environment＂（PAE） coding system and ecological function of behaviors in Baimaxueshan Nature Reserve from June 2012 to March 2013.A total of 14 postures,82 acts and 143 behaviors were distinguished and the relative frequency of each behavior in relation to gender and age were described.We found that there were some behavioral difference between Sichuan snub-nosed monkey and Yunnan snub-nosed monkey,and these might be related to the difference of habitats.
