采用水相沉淀聚合法在不同的温度下合成了系列投料摩尔比为85/15的丙烯腈(AN)丙烯酸甲酯(MA)共聚物(85/15AN/MA),采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、熔体流动速率仪(MFR)对产物的热性能进行了分析。测试结果表明,85/15AN/MA的熔融峰值温度在154~173℃之间,210℃时85/15AN/MA的熔融指数在1.6045.23之间。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子单纱强力仪(EYST)等对纤维的表观形貌、力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚合温度为30℃时.熔纺纤维袁面致密且光滑.括合讲行可熔融加工.
A series of acrylonitrile (AN)-methyl acrylate (MA) copolymers were synthesized by aqueous redox initiated polymerization, which were abbreviated as 85/15 AN/MA, for feed molar ratios of all the samples were kept at 85/ 15. differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and melt flow rate (MFR) were used to characterize the thermodynamics behavior of the copolymers. The results showed that melting point of the eopolymers was in the range of 154- 173℃ and melt flow index(MFI) was in the range of 1.60-5.23 at 210℃. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electronic yarn strength tester (EYSVF) were used to study the morphologies and mechanical properties of melt spun fibers. The results showed that surfaces of the fiber synthesized at 30℃ were compact and smoothing and it was also potential to be melt spun.
