英文摘要：

In dry season and rainy season,different plant tissues of Kandelia candel in mature forest and seedling were sampled from Fugong Mangrove Forest Reserve at estuary of Jiulongjiang,Fujian Province of China.The concentrations of total Hg in different Kandelia candel tissues from both mature forest plant and seedling were in the order of the follows： leafbarkrootxylem.The total Hg concentrations in the leaves were ranged from 35 to 98 ng/g in forest mature,and 22 to 61 ng/g in seedling.Adsorption of mercury from atmosphere by leaves was concluded as the most possible route of mercury in this mangrove ecosystem.
