The reasonable logistics management model can improve the inventory tumover of consumables in hospital, decrease the cost of holding funds, and diminish the overstock and deterioration of goods. By analy- zing what leads to the confusion in logistics management, the article suggests the corresponding logistics man- agement model. Then by making the comparison to the monthly inventory turnover before and after the imple- mentation of the new model, the author points out that the monthly inventory turnover increases steadily and obviously after using the new model, which greatly increases the benefits of logistics management in hospital.
