针对生物质稻秸利用AspenPlus搭建稻秸气化费托合成的仿真模型进行模拟计算,借助参数估算类经济分析方法,通过成本计算获得生物质转化液体燃料的经济分析,得到转化过程的生产成本及成本的构成比例。同时估算了煤间接液化制取费托合成油的生产成本费用与之对比。结果表明,由于生物质补贴政策及石蜡产物的有效利用,生物质基费托合成液体燃料的生产成本是远低于传统煤基费托合成的,因此具有较高的经济效益及广阔的市场前景。
Based on the simulation of Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis from rice straw Gasification using Aspen Plus,and combined with the parameter estimate class economic analysis method,the techno-economic analysis of biomass-to-liquids was obtained,including the production cost in the process of transformation and its composition.In the same time,the production cost of coal-to-liquids was estimated for comparison.Results show that the cost of biomass-to-liquids is far lower than coal-to-liquids,because of biomass subsidy policy and the effective use for by-product paraffin.Comprehensive performance of bio-FT-oil has high economic benefit and broad market prospects.
