采用浓硝酸-高氯酸消解处理样品(VHCl O4∶VHNO3=1∶4),火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对4种含乳饮料中的K、Ca、Na、Mg进行元素含量测定,并对其进行了比较。结果表明:吸光度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系;加标回收率为95.0%~105.0%,RSD值均小于1.35%;方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。不同品牌含乳饮料中微量元素的含量差异为消费者提供了更好的选购依据。
The contents of K,Ca,Na and Mg in four different milk beverages were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS) after digested by HNO3- HCl O4. The results showed a good liner relationship between absorbance and concentrations. The recovery rate was in 95. 0% ~ 105. 0%,with RSD 1. 35%. This method exhibited good accuracy and precision. The basis of 4 trace elements contents of different milk beverages has been provided for consumers.
