本试验研究TTC浓度、染色温度和染色时间对猪屎豆种子生活力的影响,找寻TTC法测定猪屎豆种子生活力的最佳条件。结果表明:TTC法能够很好地检测猪屎豆种子生活力,可用来估测种子的潜在发芽能力。试验得出30℃水浸种40min后,置于45℃黑暗条件下、TTC浓度1.0%、染色时间60min为测定猪屎豆种子生活力的最佳条件。
The effects of 3 experiment factors, including TTC concentration, dyeing temperature and dyeing time for seed viability of Crotalaria were studied, to find out the optimum dyeing conditions. The results showed that TTC method was a proper method for the seed viability test of Crotalaria, it could estimate the potential ability to seed germination. After soaking seed for 40 min in 30 ℃ water, in dark condition of dyeing temperature 45 ℃, TTC concentration 1.0 %, dyeing time 60 min were the optimum dyeing conditions.
