以乙酸镍、乙酸锰、乙酸锂和柠檬酸为原料,用溶胶.凝胶法制得前驱体,再用微波烧结工艺制备LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2正极材料。用ICP-AES、IR和TG-DSC等方法测试前驱体,用XRD、SEM、TEM和SAED等方法分析样品。溶液pH=8、总金属离子浓度为1.333mol/L时得到的前驱体,在400℃下预烧4h,再以3kW加热10min、800W保持10min,可制备出高结晶度的层状LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2,0.1C首次充放电效率为96.3%。
Positive electrode material LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 was prepared by microwave sintering synthesis from the precursors which obtained via a sol-gel method using Ni(CH3COO)2, M n(CH3COO)2, CH3COOLi and citric acid as raw materials. The precursors were tested by ICP-AES, IR and TG-DSC methods, the samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM, TEM and SAED methods. The precursors obtained with the solution pH = 8 and the total metal ions concentration of 1. 333 mol/L could be used to prepare layered LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 with high degree of crystallization by presintered at 400 ℃ for 4 h then heated 10 min at 3 kW and kept 10min at 800 W,its initial charge-discharge efficiency was 96.3%.
