通过对低碳经济时代企业所在环境的特征辨识和利益相关者分析,将企业面向的环境划分为产品、社会、政治三重市场,指出企业节能减排的动因源于以下三个方面:即在产品市场降低成本.获得差异化竞争优势;在社会市场获得大众认可,赢得企业声誉;在政治市场谋求合法性与政府支持。结合已有研究,将企业节能减排划分为主动型和反应型两种策略,并针对企业节能减排的不同动因,给出了与之相匹配的策略选择模型,为企业在低碳经济时代竞争中获得持续的竞争优势提供了参考。
By identifying the characters of environment toward enterprises in the low carbon economy, this paper dlfferentiates the environment into three types of market: product market, social market and political market. Then it points out three kinds of motivation for enterprises to save energy and reduce emission: one is to decline the cost and get differentiated competitive advantage in the product market; another is to get public recognition and enterprise's reputation in social market; and the final one is to pursue legitimacy and government's support in political market. Based on literature, we build two types of strategic choice: the proactive strategies and reactive strategies. Further, we offer a strategic model for enterprises to save energy and reduce emission according to the different motivation, which can help the enterprises get the sustained competitive advantage in the low carbon economy.
