The connotation and extension of shadow bank in China are defined,and the scale of shadow bank in Qingdao is estimated based on relevant data.To analyze the impact of shadow bank on regional financial stability,the influencing factors are analyzed and the regional financial stability index of Qingdao is established.The empirical analysis is conducted on the relationship between shadow bank and regional financial stability in Qingdao and real estate.The results show that the impact of shadow bank on regional financial stability presents a shape of＂inverted U＂with a critical value.When the scale of shadow banking is below the critical value,its development is conducive to financial stability,and vice versa.Finally,countermeasures for the impact of shadow bank on regional financial stability are proposed.
