文章以《神农本草经》中与肾相关药物为研究对象,参照《中医药主题词表》、《中华人民共和国国家标准中医基础理论术语GB/T20348-2006》、《中医药学名词》及《中医病证诊断疗效标准》等确定与肾相关的检索词,对《神农本草经》所载药物进行统计。结果显示,与肾相关药物164种,其中上品药110种,所占比例最大;草部药物最多,达78种,占47.6%;根据每一检索词下药物的数量,初步确定《神农本草经》时期＂肾虚＂症状主要包括：早衰、视力减退、生殖机能低下、筋骨痿软、听力下降、健忘、水肿、小便不利、牙齿松动、须发早白、腰膝疼痛。
英文摘要：
Based on Shennong,s Classic of Materia Medica fixing the related keywords according to China Thesaurus of Traditional Chinese Medicine,State standards of the People,s Republic of China,Basic Theory Nomenclature of TCM,GB/ T20348-2006,China National Committee for Terms in Sciences and Technologies,Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM diseases as well,the thesis conducts the statistics on Chinese medicine written in Shennong,s Classic of Materia Medica.There are 164 drugs and 110 tops that are the biggest proportion.As for statistic analysis of all sections,herbal medicine reaches 78 types that are 47.6%.As for the numbers searched by every keyword,Preliminary identification of Shennong,s Classic of Materia Medica period‘kidney deficiency’symptoms include： premature senility,hypopsia,low reproductive function,soft bones and muscles atrophy,hearing decline,forgetfulness,edema,difficult urination,loose teeth,beard and hair graying,waist and knee pain,etc.
