针对目前固体火箭发动机燃烧室壳体旋压毛坯制造在资源消耗较大、制造成本较高和制造周期长的缺点,本文提出了一种新型的旋压毛坯的制造工艺方法,尤其详细介绍了该工艺流程中展开料计算、卷板成型技术、对接和焊接技术等关键工序的研究。该制造工艺解决了传统制造工艺在资源消耗较大、制造成本较高和制造周期长的缺点,是一种快速、节能的成型工艺方法,符合先进制造工艺技术的要求,提高了生产效率,具有一定的推广意义。
In the spinning roughcast manufacturing of the combustion chamber of a solid rocket motor, there exist the following main problems in the traditional manufacturing process: large resource consumption, high manufacturing costs, and long manufacturing cycle. In order to solve these problems, we propose a new manufacturing process. In this paper, we explain in detail the key techniques used in the new manufacturing process, i. e. unfolded material computing, plate bending technique and docking and welding technique. The new process is a rapid prototyping method. Compared with the traditional process, our new process excels in reducing resource compsumption and shortening the manufacturing cycle.
