反滤层是保证心墙防渗体渗透稳定安全的第一道防线,对保证土石坝的安全运行至关重要。通过颗分、相对密度、接触冲刷、管涌、裂缝冲刷、接触流失等大量试验,分析了山西水库心墙反滤层设计级配的反滤和排水特性。在确保反滤抗渗安全的前提下,研究了适当加大设计级配上下包线区间的可能性,提出新的级配上下包线,并通过试验进行了验证。研究表明:原反滤层设计级配曲线符合保土和排水减压的要求;优化后的反滤层级配曲线也能够满足规范要求,且级配区间大,施工难度低,工程投资节省,更具优势。
As the first and chief component of the seepage stability of core walls,the filter layer is highly important to ensure the security of earth-rockfill dams.A large number of tests,including soil particle analysis,relative density,contact scour,piping,crack washout,contact loss,etc.are carried out to analyze the filtration and drainage characteristics of the designed grade of protection layer for reservoir core dams in Shanxi.The possibility of increasing the designed grade's super and infra wrapping lines interval properly are researched,on the premise of the filter layer's permeability security.Research results indicate that the original design applies to drainage and decompression requirements;the optimal design also come up to the standard,with its higher grade interval,lower difficulty of construction and investment,it has more advantages.
