胃瘤线虫与宿主黄鳝组织的酯酶同工酶分析

对鄱阳湖地区4种蚌螨在褶纹冠蚌(Cristaria plicata)内的生态位宽度和生态位重叠进行了研究。结果表明,褶纹冠蚌内弯弓蚌螨(Unionicola arcuata)种群数量最大,丰盛度为20.26±50.00;丫纹蚌螨(U.ypsilophora)种群数量最小,丰盛度为0.29±1.28。弯弓蚌螨和丫纹蚌螨在外鳃分布数量最多,分别为9.031 7±20.153和0.206 3±0.975 4;簇刺蚌螨(U.penicillatus)在内鳃分布数量最多,为0.688 5±6.764;敏捷蚌螨(U.agilex)则在斧足上分布较多,为0.615 1±0.443 9。弯弓蚌螨的时间生态位宽度值最大,为0.240 7;敏捷蚌螨的宽度值最小,为0.099 6。簇刺蚌螨与弯弓蚌螨的时间生态位重叠值最大,为5.221 2;簇刺蚌螨与敏捷蚌螨之间没有时间生态位重叠。敏捷蚌螨的空间生态位宽度值最大,为0.526 7;丫纹蚌螨的宽度值最小,为0.287 8。弯弓蚌螨与丫纹蚌螨的空间生态位重叠值最大,为2.649 4;丫纹蚌螨与敏捷蚌螨的重叠值最小,为1.910 0。弯弓蚌螨的时-空二维生态位宽度值最大,为0.103 8;敏捷蚌螨的宽度值最小,为0.052 8。簇刺蚌螨与弯弓蚌螨的时-空二维生态位重叠值最大,为11.598 9;簇刺蚌螨与敏捷蚌螨之间没有时-空二维生态位重叠。褶纹冠蚌内4种蚌螨对资源的竞争可能集中在时间上;经过长期的协同进化,弯弓蚌螨较适宜在褶纹冠蚌内生存,簇刺蚌螨有可能与之发生竞争。

In this paper, the niche breadth and niche overlap of four unionicolid mites species parasitic in Cristaria plicata from Poyang areas were studied. The result indicated that the population of Unionicola arcuata in Cristaria plicata had the highest and the abundance was 20.26-1-50.00,while the population of U. ypsilophora had the lowest and the abundance was 0.29 q- 1.28. U. arcuata and U. ypsilophora mainly distributed in the external gill,and the abundance were 9. 0317q-20. 153 and 0. 2063-t-0. 975 4,respective- ly. U. penicillatus mainly distributed in the internal gill and the abundance was 0. 6885-1-6. 764. U. agilex mainly distributed in the foot and the abundance was 0. 615 lq-0. 443 9. The temporal niche breath of U. arcuata was maximum and the value was 0. 240 7,while the breath of U. agilex was minimum and the val- ue was 0. 099 6. U. penicillatus had the highest overlap in temporal niche with U. arcuata, and the value was 5. 221 2; while U. penicillatus had no overlap in temporal niche with U. agilex. The spatial niche breath of U. agilex was maximum and the value was 0. 526 7 ,while the breath of U. ypsilophora was mini- mum and the value was 0. 287 8. U. arcuata had the highest overlap in spatial niche with U. ypsilophora, and the value was 2. 649 4;while U. ypsilophora had the lowest overlap in temporal niche with U. agilex, and the value was 1. 910 O. U. arcuata was found to have the maximum breadth of temporal-spatial niche and the value was 0. 103 8, while U. agilex was found to have the minimum breadth and the value was 0. 052 8. The temporal-spatial overlap value was the highest (11. 598 9) between U. penicillatus and U. ar- cuata,and the Lowest (0) between U. penicillatus and U. agilex. The resource competition might be ab- sorbed in time for four unionicolid mites species in Cristaria plicata. After the long-term co-evolution,U. arcuata was found more suitable to living in Cristaria plicata ,whereas U. penicillatus might compete with U. arcata.
